Prior to joining CPAB in 2016, Lily held senior human resources roles across a range of industries, including global media and visual effects, technology, advertising, and life insurance. She is a graduate of York University, a Certified Human Resources Leader, and a Registered Corporate Coach. Lily is currently pursuing a Master’s in Leadership, further deepening her expertise in organizational development. Her leadership is driven by a strong commitment to learning and development and to fostering a positive, high-performing organizational culture. In addition to her professional credentials, Lily is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, reflecting her holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
