Jennifer Cooper

Jennifer Cooper

LL.B. | Vice President, Enforcement

Jennifer Cooper, LL.B. is the Vice President, Enforcement at the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB). Since joining CPAB in 2019, she has overseen the enforcement function and is responsible for providing legal and strategic advice related to CPAB’s oversight mandate. Jennifer also serves as the Vice Chair of the Enforcement Working Group of the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR).

Prior to joining CPAB, Jennifer worked in leadership roles for provincial regulators in various sectors. She attended Western University Law and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario (2001).
