CPAB Board Chair Benita Warmbold selected as a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors

CPAB is pleased to share that the Institute of Corporate Directors has selected CPAB’s Board Chair Benita Warmbold as a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (F.ICD). 

This award is the highest distinction for corporate directors in Canada, and through this recognition, Benita joins a truly distinguished group of Canada’s leading Directors. You can review a list of previous F.ICD designation recipients here.

Benita was recognized for her accomplishments, service and commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance in Canada. Over her career, she has demonstrated deep and broad leadership capabilities at the executive and board levels for more than 30 years.  A champion of diversity and inclusion and mentoring women in the workplace, Benita was recognized three times as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women – Top 100 and is a WXN Hall of Fame inductee.  She received the CFO Special Recognition Award for social responsibility and mentoring and was a candidate in Canadian Board Diversity Council’s first Diversity 50.
